Meet Heather

Heather McDowell is truly dedicated to providing exceptional, professional and comprehensive real estate services to her valued clients.

Heather is a native California who has visited the Houston area every summer since was born. She was drawn to the Kingwood, Texas area, "The Liveable Forest' where her grandparents lived for its great community, family focused values, beautiful trees, greenbelt trails, river, and amazing schools. She and her Firefighter, Husband, Sean moved to Houston 20 years ago and have raised their two daughters there ever since.

Being an educator for 15 years, Heather knows the schools and variety of activities available for families and individuals of all ages well. Also, having run a successful health coaching business, and working with many students, athletes and individuals of varying needs, Heather loves to coach and educate others to meet their goals and needs. She loves being known as the "Texas Home Matchmaker," helping others truly find their perfect home match. Having traveled to Ireland, with her husband, 7 times, Heather has dreamed of being a matchmaker, not only for couples, but for matchmaking people to their dream homes. She is very intuitive, a great listener, and uses her teaching and coaching background skills to help others connect to their goals and dreams.

Heather graduated with Honors and was an All-American Student-Athlete at Chapman University. She studied abroad in Spain in College, has traveled all over the world and the USA, and has lived in 5 different states before finding a true home in Texas. She knows the importance of finding a house that's meant to feel like a home. Heather loves walking alongside clients in this real estate journey and helping the experience go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
